Siamo alla ricerca di un Product Engineer che entrerà a far parte del nostro team e supporterà un importante cliente operante nel settore dell'aerospazio e difesa.

La figura si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

  • Assicurare l’applicazione e diffusione dei modelli operativi della Design To Value e della Design FMEA ai prodotti aziendali fin dalle prime fasi di sviluppo, in linea con le norme internazionali
  • Perseguire l’azione di riduzione dei costi totali Ricorrenti e Non Ricorrenti di prodotto 
  • Revisionare le soluzioni architetturali tecniche e tecnologiche, del design dei componenti e di ottimizzazione delle soluzioni di sourcing - in sinergia con le analisi di Should Cost e Cleansheet - in ottica di Design to Value;
  • Identificare opportunità di miglioramento del prodotto correlate all’identificazione del rischio associato
  • Assicurare l’esecuzione del processo di selezione di potenziali fornitori per l’inserimento in Albo
  • Supportare i Project Manager in fase di specificazione del prodotto nel promuovere la corretta valorizzazione delle funzioni del prodotto e conseguente valorizzazione dei costi associati
  • Assicurare l’esecuzione del processo di qualifica ambientale, in linea alle procedure definite

Qualifiche

  • Laurea Specialistica in Ingegneria meccanica/elettronica
  • Almeno 2 anni di esperienza in realtà industriali del settore Engineering, con focus sull’industrializzazione dei prodotti
  • Esperienza su progetti di applicazione delle metodologie FMEA e DtV
  • Esperienza sulla gestione dei processi di Qualifica di prodotti
  • Conoscenza metodologia FMEA e DtV
  • Conoscenza normative MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-344, MIL-HDBK-2164, MIL-HDBK-2165
  • Conoscenza PLM (PTC Windchill)
