What you’ll achieve

At the heart of Dedalus are its product and R&D teams (grouped into a Product Business Unit or PBU). With a highly complex operation covering 20 countries and 100’s of products, as a Group Controlling Manager, you will help to keep control of the business and help them make the right decisions on where to spend their time.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with PBU leaders, Regional leaders, finance, and other shared functions and it requires a forward-thinking finance professional able to influence and shape the strategy of the group.

Day to day the PBU finance team is responsible for managing the spend of the PBU – working in close collaboration with key leaders in the organization.

At a basic level we ensure that we have good control over our staffing strategy (internal/external staff), key third-party spend, and keeping on top of capitalization.

This role is more and requires someone able to push the PBU (and regions) to ensure we produce and sell the right products in the right place and at the right time to maximize our group Cash EBITDA.

Essential Requirements

At least 10 years of finance experience

Willingness to engage and learn outside of core Finance

Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders

Fluent in English

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Good experience working within a multinational/international business working across multiple countries

Desirable Requirements

Knowledge of additional languages for example French and/or German would be a distinct advantage A degree in Economics/Business administration/Finance Experience working within a technology company and/or healthcare environment Available to travel nationally and internationall
