Per importante realtà sul territorio di Catania siamo alla ricerca di un Plant Manager.
La figura si occuperà del corretto funzionamento dello stabilimento:
  • Interfaccia con responsabile di produzione e il referente per la parte documentalequalità-bolle;
  • Concordare con il responsabile di produzione la programmazione e pianificazione della produzione e assegnazione forniture di sagomato e assemblato per lo stabilimento di Catania e per i 6/7 centri esterni in base alle caratteristiche degli impianti;
  • Pianificazione e Gestione della logistica interna e verso i centri esterni;
  • Gestione dei ritiri da acciaieria;
  • Introduzione di un metodo di lavoro con approccio analitico alle tematiche produttive e gestionali;
  • Coordinare e soddisfare le esigenze dei singoli impianti;
  • Gestione preventiva carichi di lavoro (redigere una pianificazione a medio e lungo termine). Previsione picchi di produzione o cali di produzione;
  • Interfaccia con responsabile ufficio tecnico di Vicenza e con i vari Project manager di commessa;
  • Relazione settimanale alla direzione;
  • Evidenziare criticità di produzione;
  • Raggiungimento obiettivi di resa dell’impianto;
  • Raggiungimento obiettivi economici dell’impianto;
  • Assegnazione di funzioni e ruoli ai dipendenti garantendo una costante formazione;
  • Raccogliere e analizzare i dati di produzione per trovare eventuali spazi di miglioramento • organizzare ogni singolo processo aziendale;
  • Garantire che gli obiettivi vengano raggiunti nelle tempistiche richieste e ottenendo gli standard previsti.
