Junior HVACR Service Sales Representative

Obiettivo generale
Con l’obiettivo primario di garantire l’importante crescita dei volumi stabilita a piano, al candidato sarà affidata la gestione di opportunità commerciali di Service sul territorio di riferimento - Centro Sud Italia (Toscana, Lazio, Abruzzo, Campania, Molise, Puglia, Calabria, Sicilia, Basilicata, Sardegna).
Il candidato riporterà al Service Sales Manager.
Responsabilità principali
Assicurare sempre la massima prossimità commerciale ai clienti, interpretandone le esigenze e proponendo al meglio le soluzioni di Service più confacenti Generare offerte, gestire la negoziazione degli aspetti tecnici, economici e contrattuali, finalizzare la vendita e garantire l’acquisizione d’ordine Sviluppare relazioni con eventuali Service Partners sul territorio, tali da garantire la piena implementazione delle strategie commerciali ed operative definite Conoscere e monitorare l’approccio dei competitors, raccogliendo informazioni relative alla politica prezzi, alle soluzioni e alla reputazione degli stessi nell’area di competenza.Il profilo che cerchiamo
Diploma Tecnico o Laurea Tecnica (costituirà’ titolo preferenziale); Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese Almeno 2 anni di comprovata esperienza di vendita DI SERVIZI nel settore dei sistemi HVAC (Costituiranno titolo preferenziale la conoscenza dei sistemi di refrigerazione con tecnologia vite, centrifughi e assorbimento) La conoscenza dei sistemi di regolazione e controllo di Building Automation costituirà titolo preferenziale Forte acume commerciale Spiccata attitudine al lavoro in autonomia e all’auto-motivazione Proattività nel contribuire fattivamente nell’ambito delle dinamiche di team-work Capacità’ di gestione di situazioni relazionali complesse Fortemente orientato tanto alla definizione di soluzioni creative, quanto alla disciplina e al rispetto dei processi aziendali Capace di interagire con il management, gestire situazioni di pressione e lavorare rispettando le scadenze In possesso di un curriculum di comprovato successo nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi di volumi e marginalità ’assegnati Disponibilità a viaggi sull’intero territorio nazionale.Location : Roma
