Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Training Specialist in area commerciale da inserire nel nostro HQ di Roma.

Responsabilità:

Gestire la pianificazione, l’organizzazione e il monitoraggio delle attività formative della Sales Academy e predisporre puntuale reportistica.  Rilevare i bisogni formativi, disegnando e progettando percorsi ad hoc per le diverse figure del dipartimento Sales. Organizzazione ed erogazione della formazione in presenza e online. Ideazione e realizzazione di nuovi piani formativi.

Requisiti:

Laurea triennale o specialistica in ambito umanistico preferibilmente in psicologia. Esperienza di almeno 2/3 anni in un ruolo analogo. Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (B1/B2). Avanzata conoscenza di Excel e Power Point.
