POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a bright, dedicated F&B Host/Hostess to support the Restaurant team during the brakfast and lunch service, satisfying all guest needs and exceeding their expectations.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Be the first point of contact when guests enter the dining area Welcome guest according to the resort standards and escorts them to their table. Assist the F&B leadership team on ensuring the overall experience expectations of the guest are met Assisting in the setup and breakdown of special events and functions Completing opening & closing responsibilities Satisfy guest needs and exceeding their expectations by projecting a positive hotel image through proper grooming, appropriate verbal communication, and taking responsibility of guest needs. Keeping high personal grooming standards and maintaining a neat uniform
QUALIFICATIONS

Good communication skills Good knowledge of both verbal and written English Excellent presentation and grooming standard
