Sales Assistant

Job Function: Sales
Location: IT, Venice, Ceggia

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Account Manager, he/she will be responsible for commercial back office activities and customer service.

Primary/Essential Responsibilities:

Creation of offers and sending to customers; Post-sales assistance related to order management and deliveries; Complaint management; Order entry in company ERP system; Interface with purchasing, production, and shipping departments for delivery progress;

Required Qualifications

Basic:

High School Diploma; Proficiency in using PC and MS Office package; Good English; Good communication skills; Initiative; Team working;

Preferred:

Degree in Economics; Background in the mechanical engineering field and/or in international companies;
