JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
The candidate will be introduced to our Professional Real Estate team in order to guarantee the Industrial Plan and the full alignment with the Global vision
Support the businesses and their strategic goals with leadership, vision and management of the stakeholders Developing strategies - short, medium and long-term – in full coordination with Corporate and Real Estate objectives Creating the best professional team to drive excellence, results and quality, minimizing risks Implementation of the processes and best practices in order to enable growth and expansion Budget management to ensure the compliance with the Group guidelinesAREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:
Conduct market research and analysis to support business decision-making. Collaborate with team members to contribute to various commercial projects. Assist in the development of business strategies and initiatives. Engage in effective communication with international stakeholders. Utilize analytical skills to assess financial and economic data. Provide support in administrative tasks related to commercial operations.NETWORK OF INTERACTION:
INTERNAL : FINANCE (Controlling Real estate; Controlling Business (SUN Optical); Nextore; Store excellence; Marketing, Treasury, Legal, HR, Operations.
EXTERNAL : external partners (Brokers, Leasing manager, Landlors)
