IT TECHNICALSPECIALIST

 

La risorsa,inserita all’interno del team giovane e accogliente, riporterà direttamente alResponsabile Operations, e, al fine di supportare il business, si occuperàprincipalmente di:

  • Collaborareall’erogazione delle attività tecniche del Competence Center di riferimento;
  • Svolgereattività di troubleshooting;
  • Supportareil Service Manager nella preparazione della reportistica per i clienti;
  • Supportaregli altri Competence Center nelle attività tecniche;
  • Relazionarsicon i team di supporto dei vendor di cui l’azienda è partner.

Requisiti:

  • (Preferibile)esperienza pregressa di almeno 2 anni in ruoli similari;
  • Laureao diploma in ambito informatico;
  • Buonecapacità organizzative e di problem solving;
  • Buonecapacità comunicative e di relazione con i vari stakeholders (clienti,colleghi, partner);
  • Capacitàdi lavorare in team;
  • Orientamentoal cliente;
  • Curiositàe voglia di approfondire le tematiche affrontate;
  • IngleseB1;
  • Buonaconoscenza dell’ambiente Microsoft Windows (server e client);
  • Conoscenzadi base delle architetture e sistemi di reti;
  • Conoscenzadi SQL Server (query e principali funzionalità).

 

Sede di Lavoro:Padova (con ampia possibilità di smart working)
