As one of our engineer is enbracing another project into our Group, we are now looking for a professional eager to join our Engineering Team in Varisco, Atlas Copco Padova

As Project Engineer you’ll be part of R&D team with the goal to support the further development of our projects in according to national and international legislations and to our corporate guidelines and requirements.

Varisco Product Company is a well-established and ever-expanding company. It manufactures pumps, both for dewatering and industrial applications. In Varisco was acquired by Atlas Copco, a Swedish multinational company with years of history behind it. 

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

CAD design and creation of all the drawings necessary for the construction of production prototypesSupport feasibility studies of new project, gathering accurate informationDraft critical detailse lay-out and design in order to build a functional prototypeUpdate drawnings, lists and related documents as a result of changesFollow the development of the prototype and the results of the tests in order to verify their adherence to the technical specificationsProduction support during the start-up phaseCreate documents related to the release in productionSupport in the drafting of the machines manualsMaintenance of drawings, bills of materials and related documents following updates or changes that have occurred

What we expect from our candidates:

Master’s degrees in mechanical engineering or similarSpecialization in hydraulic engineeringExperience in designing, castings and machining would be an assetUse of CFX simulation softwareUse of CAD and SolidworksStrong interpersonal communication and collaboration skillsStrong attention to details and data analysis skillsProactive and able to successfully work in teamFluent in Italian and good command of English is essential (both spoken and written)Available for national and international travel
