To carry out Product qualification at different stages including product design definition, consolidate technical documentation (drawings and Assembly instructions), customers request assessment, component performance validation, tests qualification protocol, components availability, coordination with Testing Labs ….)
What are the key challenges for this role:
Coordinating with all functions R&D, Operations, Systems Engineering, testing Laboratories and Quality. Projects management to complete all the required qualifications programs according the time plan defined Ensure the compatibility between accessories and power cables using system approachHow is success defined in this role? (KPI’s/SLA’s/Targets)
Contribute to the success rate of all required qualifications initiatives Ensure readiness and quality of accessories for systems subjected to qualification Reduce non-conformities and claims on accessories as component for the qualification processWhat are the 3 most exciting aspects of this role (selling points for candidates)
To part of innovative and sustainable program to enable to Energy Transition Gross-functional exposure to learn all HV systems thinking aspect Global experience across Prysmian HV factories and LaboratoriesWho are we looking for?
Essential Skills and Experience (Must haves)
Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Physics, Energy), Physics degree Years of experience in a similar role: 3 to 5 CAD tools and FEM Analysis Standardization Materials (metallurgy, compounds, thermal ratings) Technology (Product and process) Tests (magnetism, electrical, mechanical) Product development and innovation Installation basics (HV system design, electromagnetic fields)Your application data will be treated according to our Data Protection Policy.
