Descrizione del lavoro

Siamo alla ricerca di un Consulente di soggiorni linguistici per il nostro mercato Italiano , con sede a Milano.

Obiettivi di Vendita:

Identificare le esigenze del cliente attraverso l’analisi delle esigenze e la selezione dei programmi più adatti Utilizzare la conoscenza del prodotto per identificare le opportunità di vendita e abbinare il prodotto giusto alle esigenze dei clienti Preparare di preventivi personalizzati via email, al telefono, durante incontri in presenza e online Massimizzare tutte le opportunità di vendita attraverso l'interazione con i clienti Fornire ai clienti assistenza in materia di visti, accordi di viaggio e regolamenti, obblighi assicurativi, ecc.

Obiettivi di Customer Care:

Elaborare le prenotazioni Gestire fatture, pagamenti, solleciti  Assistere i clienti prima, durante e dopo il loro soggiorno (esempio: gestione reclami e richieste speciali) Assicurare che la qualità del servizio offerto ai clienti corrisponda agli standard di qualità ESL Gestire il carico di lavoro giornaliero rispettando le scadenze indicate Mantenere ed espandere il database di clienti costruendo e mantenendo rapporti con gli stessi e identificando per loro nuove opportunità Mantenere le conoscenze professionali e tecniche partecipando alle attività formative e leggendo pubblicazioni del settore Contribuire all'attuazione delle azioni di marketing nell'area dell'ufficio Assicurare una comunicazione efficace con il cliente, i partner, gli altri reparti e il responsabile diretto Aderire a tutte le politiche aziendali, procedure e i codici etici aziendali Conoscere perfettamente i prodotti e i servizi offerti da ESL. Organizzare e pianificare il proprio lavoro, ed essere flessibile in base alle esigenze del periodo/carico di lavoro Seguire progetti speciali, quando assegnati

Qualifiche

Le tue competenze professionali:

Hai esperienza in posizioni di vendita e assistenza clienti, idealmente in un'agenzia di viaggi Possiedi capacità relazionali e comunicative Sei in grado di lavorare in modo autonomo e organizzato, con un alto senso di responsabilità Sei madrelingua italiana e hai un ottimo livello di inglese (almeno C1); la conoscenza di altre lingue è un plus

Hai doti di empatia e comunicazione Sei disponibile e flessibile, con un buon spirito di squadra Possiedi una buona conoscenza della geografia Hai esperienza e passione per i viaggi, le lingue e le culture straniere
