Could you be the full-time hybrid Systems and Tools Specialist in Bologna, BO, IT we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your analytical and technical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You'll significantly contribute to the efficiency and success of our Project & Bid Management processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including Project Managers, Performance Analysts, and IT Specialists), collaborate on the development of Project Dashboards, ensure all systems and tools are up-to-date and functioning correctly, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting project data,

  • Creating detailed reports and dashboards for project performance,

  • Supporting the management of training for the Project Management community,

  • Engaging in continuous learning to improve systems and tools effectiveness,

  • Working closely with Project Managers to adapt systems to their needs

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,

  • Experience or understanding of data analysis and project management practices,

  • Familiarity with creating and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools,

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams,

  • Adaptability to new technologies and continuous learning
