In this stimulating context, we are seeking a brilliant professional in the field of Climate Decarbo & Nature/Biodiversity, with experience in Decarbonization, Energy Transition, and Circularity to be part of our dynamic and motivated team.

Your Responsibilities

As a Deloitte professional, you will:

Assist clients in developing operational strategies for climate risk and quantifying climate-related impacts, defining objectives, defining and managing decarbonization plans, and communicating and reporting on greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions Actively engage with clients, both in project delivery and in identifying and developing business opportunities Support the team in overall project management, meeting client requests with particular attention to quality and timelines

Our Requirements

The candidate we are looking for should meet the following requirements:

Master's degree in a technical engineering field Minimum of 4 years of work experience in the ESG and/or climate change field; consulting experience and/or experience in the Middle East will be considered a plus Knowledge and experience in applying international sustainability standards, frameworks, and indices such as TCFD, GRI, CDP, SBTi, and ESG indices are a plus Excellent written and spoken English proficiency Ability to respond to short-term priorities and plan activities accordingly Familiarity with major office software such as MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Experience in industrial processes, water treatment, emissions reduction will be considered a plus Demonstrated passion and interest in driving environmental and social change through business Self-starter - enthusiasm and willingness to learn and keep up with evolving developments

Location : Rome or Milan, with the ability to travel on short notice in Italy and abroad.
