ACTIVITIES

The position includes to develop electrical device models for GaN-Si technology, RF packaging, and passive tuning elements for both internal product design and customer application use. Strong circuit simulation skills including ADS, Momentum, Cadence SpectreRF, HSPICE and/or PSPICE are necessary, and experience in RF modeling and/or power amplifier design with GaN and LDMOS technologies is required.

Profile

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Must be able to use electronic simulators as ADS, with experience with Electromagnetics simulator as Momentum, HFSS, EMDS. Interpersonal Relationships, Adaptability, Flexibility, Creativity/Innovation, Team Work/Cooperation, English Language Experience in development of Design Guides and Kits in Keysight ADS or Cadence Microwave Office Understanding of semiconductor devices, IC manufacturing and circuit design
