The position is part of the Finance Team and involves in administrative and accounting activities, dealing with:

Job Role:

• Foreign passive cycle (for the Italian company) and related tax and administrative obligations (e.g. self-invoices).
• Active cycle (Italy + abroad for the Italian company).
• Reporting on the active cycle (customer schedule, status of active contracts, billing cycle).
• Reconciliation of credit cards and expense reports.
• Functional implementation of company IT applications. 
• Customer reminders about payments.

Requirements: 

• 1/2+ years of experience in a similar role 
• High school diploma in accounting/ business studies and/or degree in Ecomomics
• Knowledge of accounting principles
• Analytical skills, attention to detail 
• Full professional proficiency in the English language and Italian
• Excellence knowledge of MS Office
