Il production supervisor, sotto la responsabilità del responsabile di produzione, si occuperà della definizione dei parametri di industrializzazione dei nuovi prodotti e di ottimizzare la redditività e la qualità dei prodotti.
Nello specifico si occuperà di:
- Gestire i parametri di produzione di ciascun prodotto in SAP: nomenclature, gamme e schede di impostazione;
- Adattare i parametri di produzione in base ai feedback (in particolare di produzione, controllo qualità, clienti, ecc.)
- Partecipare e contribuire al miglioramento continuo a livello di metodi (modifica delle attrezzature, procedure, formazione degli operatori) e a livello di processi produttivi (nuovi prodotti, nuove materie prime, modifica delle attrezzature)
- Contribuire allo sviluppo del piano operativo annuale e del budget, eseguendo analisi dei costi unitari, fornendo aggiornamenti sulla produzione/revisioni dei costi al team aziendale e guidando il miglioramento della produttività
- Recuperare informazioni dai problemi di processo sulle linee, analizzarle, proporre miglioramenti e implementarli.
- Completare, analizzare e monitorare gli indicatori relativi ai processi di produzione.
- Applicare le politiche aziendali in materia di sicurezza, ambiente e qualità
