What will you be doing at Miniclip?

Employee Relations : Assist in addressing employee queries, resolving issues, and fostering a positive work environment.

HR Policies and Procedures : Support the implementation, and administration of HR policies and procedures.

Onboarding and Offboarding : Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company, and manage the offboarding process for departing employees.

Performance Management : Support the performance review process, including tracking and documentation.

Recruitment Process : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

Talent Pipeline : Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.

What are we looking for?

Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience : 1-3 years of experience in HR generalist and talent acquisition roles, preferably within a fast-paced environment.

Language : Fluency in Italian and English is required.

Knowledge : Understanding of Italian labor laws and HR best practices.

Skills

Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Interpersonal : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Organizational : Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Problem-Solving : Proactive problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach.

Technology : Knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Team Player : Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
