Stiamo ricercando una risorsa con 3/4 anni di esperienza che ricoprirà il ruolo di Internal Control . La risorsa, riportando gerarchicamente al responsabile di funzione (Internal Control Manager), sarà responsabile di supportare e assistere il management nell’ottica di miglioramento della gestione del rischio, delle attività di controllo interno e dei processi di Corporate Governance assicurando un adeguato livello di controllo delle attività.

In particolare, la risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

Guidare ed assistere le funzioni aziendali nella formalizzazione ed aggiornamento delle procedure; Assicurare il rispetto delle stesse verificando deviazioni dalla loro applicazione che possano generare aree di rischio; Monitorare l'evoluzione del risk universe aziendale contribuendone attivamente alla mappatura e all’individuazione dei punti di miglioramento del sistema di controllo interno; Condurre self-assessment sul canale retail ed attività di verifica sulle filiali, proponendo attività di riduzione o gestione dei rischi, monitorandone e supportandone l’attuazione; Implementare e supervisionare il sistema di controllo interno e la reportistica di gestione dei rischi; Realizzare e gestire un piano di store self-assesment, basato sul performance scoring del controllo interno o sull'identificazione delle frodi. Identificazione dei punti di miglioramento e formulazione degli action plan;
Esaminare e valutare i sistemi IT all'interno dell'organizzazione, raccomandando controlli per garantire l'affidabilità dei sistemi, la continuità aziendale, la sicurezza e l'integrità dei dati; Supportare e assistere il management nell’ottica di miglioramento della gestione del rischio, delle attività di controllo interno e dei processi di Corporate Governance.

Requisiti:

Laurea specialistica/Master/MBA in ambito economico con particolare focus sul Internal Audit/Finanza; Esperienza di almeno 3/4 anni in ruolo analogo maturata sia presso importanti realtà consulenziali/società di revisione sia in ambito Retail/GDO; Background contabile e conoscenza della mappatura dei processi; Ottime capacità organizzative e capacità di destreggiare in maniera autonoma e indipendente in situazioni complesse; Ottima padronanza del pacchetto Office, specialmente dell'applicativo Excel; Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza della lingua francese è considerata un plus;  Buona conoscenza lingua tedesca altamente gradita; Attitudine al problem solving, all’analisi, alla sintesi e alla pianificazione strategica;
Spirito curioso, approccio critico ed una mentalità orientata al miglioramento continuo e all'ottimizzazione dei metodi e processi; Disponibilità a brevi trasferte sul territorio nazionale ed internazionale, richiesta patente B;  L'esperienza in funzioni di controlling o finance con conoscenza della mappatura dei processi, valutazione dei rischi dei processi e certificazione CIA sono considerati un plus; Completano il profilo riservatezza, rigorosità, senso di integrità e correttezza nell'approccio al lavoro.
