A diretto riporto del Technical Coordinator e in affiancamento del Building Division Superintendent la figura che stiamo ricercando ha il compito di supportare il team nello sviluppo di progetti di nuova costruzione e di ristrutturazione, in Italia e all’estero. Contribuisce inoltre ad effettuare le opportune verifiche volte a garantire un adeguato monitoraggio delle attività manutentive e dei consumi sui progetti, analizzando eventuali scostamenti e condividendo le motivazioni ad essi correlate. 

COMPITI E RESPONSABILITA'

  • fornire assistenza all’ufficio tecnico dal progetto preliminare fino alla fase esecutiva cantiere
  • collaborare con il team Building e MEP nella realizzazione di disegni tecnici, calcoli strutturali e nella scelta di tecniche costruttive e di materiali
  • utilizzare e implementare, in collaborazione con il dipartimento tecnico, nuove strumentazioni software e digitali per la progettazione, il disegno e il controllo dei processi di manutenzione
  • verificare la qualità dei materiali e delle lavorazioni e la corretta esecuzione delle opere
  • rappresentare un punto di riferimento per lo staff locale, in termini di gestione, di formazione e di sviluppo e collaborare alla supervisione delle attività dei tecnici manutentori e dei logisti direttamente coinvolti nell’ambito delle manutenzioni civili sul progetto
  • contribuire alla corretta implementazione delle attività di manutenzione edile ordinaria e straordinaria 
  • redigere della documentazione dettagliata in risposta alle richieste dell’organizzazione 

REQUISITI

  • Formazione in geometra, ingegneria o architettura 
  • Utilizzo di software come CAD o BIM per il disegno tecnico, per il calcolo strutturale e l’efficientamento energetico degli edifici di nuova costruzione o esistenti
  • Conoscenza intermedia della lingua inglese 
  • Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali
  • Flessibilità e capacità di adattarsi ad un ambiente in costante evoluzione
  • Disponibilità alle trasferte
