Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Boost sales teams activities by monitoring sales performances and meet targets, analyzing data to identify opportunities and challenges Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, especially the sales teams, demonstrating exceptional written and verbal communication skills also in English Contribute to calculation of agents’ networks retribution Maintain accurate records of sales teams KPIs, budgeting and anagrafics, updating databases regularly Prepare sales presentations for management and clientsWho Are We Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering , or related field. Proficient English language skills. Love for Data and Analytics, Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent use of Excel, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Previous experience in sales planning & monitoring or other position with focus on data analysis.Perks & Benefits
