Responsibilities

SGSS has been present in Italy since September 2006 through a dedicated Italian Bank, SGSS ., one of the main players in the Securities Services' industry that covers all SGSS businesses for its two segments of clients: Financial Institutions & Brokers and Asset Managers & Insurance. Thanks to over 500 employees based in Milan and Turin, SGSS ensures a daily support to over 300 clients. Our clients are institutional investors (insurance companies and pension funds), asset managers, financial intermediaries (brokers, investments companies).

Mission: 

The trainee will be part of the Fund Service Operations Department, Private Equity and Real Estate, which is dedicated to the services provided to the Alternative Investment Funds (OFIs) and will report directly to the Head of FOR Fund Accounting

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will be accompanied and provide support to operational functions in the management of accounting operations by participating in the management of administrative, operational, monitoring and control activities relevant to the financial and accounting reference operations and will progressively acquire more knowledge and operational capabilities related to:

AIF products PER Fund Administration tools AIF Fund administration accountancy, tax, reporting and reconciliations Transfer Agengy (managing quotes)
