Come parte del team ZRS Zurich Resilience Solutions di Zurich Italia , la persona che stiamo cercando opererà nell’ambito della funzione risk engineering al fine di erogare qualificati servizi di risk engineering sia a supporto della direzione undewriting sia sotto forma di consulenza ad aziende industriali di varia tipologia e dimensioni.

Compiti principali

La funzione risk engineer è una funzione tipicamente market facing che ha vari compiti tra i quali analizzare, comprendere, ponderare e migliorare il lato tecnico ed ingegneristico dei rischi industriali che andiamo ad assicurare, nonché accompagnare il cliente in percorsi di miglioramento anche con attività squisitamente consulenziale.
Le aree di intervento spaziano dai rischi tipici e tradizionali (CORE RISK ENGINEERING), ovvero asset fisici (property, machinery breakdown), operativi (business continuity, supply chain), responsabilità civile e professionali (product liability, third party liability, professional indemnity), sino a quelli emergenty qualy “CLIMATE CHANGE” e “CYBER”. Mediante analisi documentali, assessment/survey in campo ed a volte analisi “team based” con gruppo di lavoro dei clienti, si identificano e analizzano i rischi il cui profilo viene poi valutati utilizzando appositi sistemi di grading sviluppati da Zurich.
I risultati degli assessment, qualitativi e semi-quantitativi, sono un importante input per la divisione assuntiva poiché permettono di comprendere il rischio, decidere e calibrare la copertura assicurativa e relativo premio. La risorsa dovrà quindi supportare l’ambiziosa strategia di crescita del team ZRS Italy nell’erogazione di qualificati servizi di consulenza alle aziende poichè il ruolo prevede il supporto alle aziende clienti in un percorso di miglioramento del loro profilo di rischio, salvaguardando in tal senso anche la redditività di Zurich e generando valore per ZRS. Per il ruolo sono necessari: passione e curiosità di affrontare ed approfondire spesso nuovi argomenti; Buone capacità relazionali per interfacciarsi con diverse funzioni aziendali sia locali che internazionali, e diversi interlocutori esterni, di differente estrazione e livello gerarchico; Predisposizione all’ottimale gestione del proprio carico di lavoro e dei propri obiettivi, nel rispetto dei tempi e delle scadenze; Disponibilità a viaggiare, ovvero brevi ma a volte frequenti trasferte sul territorio nazionale; Disponibilità a partecipare a progetti e gruppi di lavoro Zurich sia a carattere locale che internazionale; Flessibilità.

Si richiedono

Laurea in Ingegneria o disciplina tecnica equipollente; Almeno 3-5 anni di esperienza in dipartimenti di risk management/loss control di aziende industriali, società di consulenza, primarie compagnie assicurative, primari broker; Ottima conoscenza dei principali pacchetti office (word, excel, power point) e disinvoltura nell’apprendere l’uso di strumenti informatici; Ottimo livello di inglese scritto e parlato; Sono elementi di valore aggiunto da considerare e valorizzare: conoscenza delle principali normative e standard in materia di fire protection (NFPA, std ISO, UNI etc); conoscenza di sistemi di gestione del rischio / risk management; dimestichezza nello sviluppo di BIA e BCP; conoscenza / esperienza in materia di responsabilità civile prodotti, conoscenza degli standard di assicurazione qualità (ISO 9001) e delle principali normative di settore (direttiva macchine, codice del consumo etc); Esperienza nel settore power generation, dimestichezza con i principali cicli/processi e macchinari delle centrali di generazione energia (cogenerazione, trigenerazione, cicli combinati, centrali idroelettriche, biomasse etc).
