Il nostro Cliente, multinazionale italiana operante nel settore elettromeccanico, ci ha incaricato di ricercare un/una:

AFTER SALES ENGINEER - SETTORE ELETTROMECCANICO

La figura, riportando al Responsabile After Sales, avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

  • Gestisce la richiesta del cliente estero analizzando il verbale, contatta il cliente stesso o interviene direttamente in caso di problemi tecnici particolarmente complessi
  • Individua la soluzione al problema tecnico segnalato, in sinergia con il referente della filiale estera (o in autonomia del caso di clienti italiani).
  • Nello specifico può:

- fornire supporto tecnico alla filiale estera e al cliente
- indirizzare il cliente presso il Centro Assistenza convenzionato
- stabilire se il prodotto deve essere rottamato o riparato
-seguire le attività di riparazione diretta ad opera dell’Azienda,  confrontandosi con gli operatori del Reparto Assistenza Tecnica e gli operatori in produzione

  • Visita  il cliente per supervisionare la riparazione del prodotto o disporre il trasferimento dei componenti in caso di riparazione diretta ad opera dell’Azienda
  • Analizza il problema per stabilire la copertura della garanzia coniugando l’interesse aziendale e il soddisfacimento del cliente. Nel caso di interventi di assistenza di rilevante entità, si relazione con il responsabile commerciale per valutarne la convenienza.
  • Collabora con le aree aziendali competenti per migliorare la funzionalità del prodotto in base alle problematiche riscontrate. 
  • Elabora le statistiche relative alla difettosità/malfunzionamento del prodotto
  • Fornisce supporto tecnico agli Agenti di commercio e ai clienti, in fase di prevendita commerciale
  • Supporta il proprio Responsabile nell’organizzazione delle attività formative rivolte a clienti, Agenti di commercio, filiali estere, Centri Assistenza 
Il candidato ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
  • Diploma o Laurea ad indirizzo tecnico, preferibilmente di estrazione elettrica, elettronica, elettrotecnica
  • Preferibile provenienza da aziende operanti nel settore della cogenerazione, dei motori, degli inverter ecc
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese

Completano il profilo capacità di problem solving, gestione delle relazioni e buone capacità comunicative.
