Job Description

Group Tax Risk Manager
Siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Group Tax Risk Manager da inserire all’interno della funzione Tax. La risorsa, riportando al Tax Director di gruppo, sarà responsabile delle seguenti attività:
• Gestione del Tax Control Framework; 
• Aggiornamento della mappa dei rischi per tener conto dell’evoluzione della normativa fiscale, dell’organizzazione aziendale e del business;
• Monitoraggio, attraverso verifiche periodiche, delle attività volte alla mitigazione del rischio e analisi delle risultanze;
• Digitalizzazione del Tax Control Framework;
• Gestione del processo di ammissione al regime della cooperative compliance da parte delle società del gruppo non ancora ammesse al regime;
• Gestione dei rapporti con l’amministrazione finanziaria nel contesto della cooperative compliance;
• Gestione dei rapporti e delle interrelazioni con le altre funzioni di compliance.

Competenze Tecniche

Requisiti
• Laurea Magistrale in Economia o titoli affini
• Il conseguimento di un Master in diritto tributario verrà considerato un plus
• Precedente esperienza lavorativa di 3-4 anni maturata presso uffici fiscali di aziende o presso primari studi professionali 
• Conoscenza delle principali applicazioni Office (in particolare excel). Gradita conoscenza del sistema gestionale SAP
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
• Soft skills: ottime capacità relazionali e orientamento al team working, flessibilità e proattività, orientamento al risultato, problem solving
