The role

We're currently seeking an experienced Learning & Innovation Designer to join our BB Corporate Transformation team. In this role, you'll be tasked with designing, developing, and deploying tailor-made learning programs for international corporates, with a focus on future skills, emerging technologies, and innovative approaches.

Responsibilities

Design and develop tailor-made learning programs aimed at upskilling and reskilling on a diverse range of innovative skills and topics Conduct thorough analysis to understand client needs and skill gaps, informing effective program design Elaborate accurate technical proposals, ensuring they are detailed and compelling Team up with the Client Partner to finalize the economics and present proposals to prospects Collaborate closely with account management and program deployment teams to align programs with client objectives Cultivate our faculty by maintaining relationships with its members and scouting new experts

About you

You are a creative and meticulous Learning Designer with at least years of experience. Specifically:

You have experience in designing engaging and impactful learning experiences on topics ranging from human skills to the latest techs You master co-design methodologies and possess strong knowledge of learning science and evidence-based design standards You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at crafting instructional text and facilitator materials You excel in data-driven approaches, effectively conveying insights through presentations You proficiently use learning technology and tools, including Miro, ensuring efficient design processes You excel in interpersonal skills, fostering effective communication and collaboration within teams and with clients You are a versatile team player, skilled at handling dynamic responsibilities, making effective decisions, and fostering teamwork to achieve objectives You embody creativity, with a discerning eye for aesthetics and visuals, coupled with proactivity and lateral thinking skills You showcase linguistic skills, possessing a native level of Italian and full proficiency in both oral and written English. It would be great if you also have familiarity with GenAI tools
