A key role in the operational management of Digital Direct Bank customers, both Retail and Business, with disposition, control and monitoring operations.Job Description
In the Digital Customer Operations team we take care of making the experience of private customers and companies that rely on illimity unique, through an approach that combines technologies and human touch. We also support the Bank's business structures including, for example, Capital Markets, Corporate Banking and Specialized Credit.
You will be responsible for managing suspicious or potentially fraudulent activities relating to the world of payment operations, onboarding processes, AML monitoring. Furthermore, you will deal with transaction monitoring and behavioral analysis, collaborating with the Smart Care, Digital Branch and ICT Security teams, in identifying possible fraudulent schemes. Finally, you will participate in the drafting of the functional requirements for new and evolutionary projects aimed at mitigating the Bank's risks and increasing customer safety.requirements: At least 3 years of experience in banks or financial institutions, with a focus on transactional and behavioral monitoring of customers", "Master's Degree in Economics or Computer Engineering", "Good knowledge of Finance with focus on digital processes and tools aimed at detecting and mitigating fraudulent situations", "Passion for innovation and data driven approach", "Knowledge of banking regulations", "Problem solving and propensity for teamwork", "Fluent English", "Previous experience in procedures, controls and management regarding security for digital customers is preferred
