Staff Service srl, società interna incaricata di ricerca e selezione per Gruppo Cremonini, sta selezionando un Visual Merchandiser con esperienza nel settore Travel Retail  per il centro/nord Italia per Chef Express.

Chef Express è uno dei principali operatori italiani nei contesti di viaggio, con più di 200 punti vendita tra stazioni ferroviarie, aeroporti e aree di servizio autostradali. Unisce in un unico spazio commerciale diverse offerte di ristorazione al fine di soddisfare tutte le esigenze di consumo dei nostri clienti.

La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno della funzione Visual Merchandising e avrà le seguenti mansioni:

  • studiare e realizzare allestimenti di prodotti Food e No Food, in grado di massimizzare i risultati di vendita e la redditività degli store
  • garantire l’uniformità e la standardizzazione dell’immagine aziendale su tutto il territorio
  • studiare e realizzare strategie visual nelle aree market e aree di somministrazione, per migliorare l’impatto visivo dei prodotti ed aumentarne la reddittività
  • realizzare report post intervento da condividere con Visual Merchandising Manager e con il Team Marketing, per indicare eventuali azioni migliorative e di allineamento
  • realizzare i manuali per i vari format o singolo store, in seguito agli interventi svolti
  • analizzare le performance pre e post intervento
  • supportare gli store
  • coordinamento di un team di 2 risorse

Sei adatto al ruolo se:

  • hai la passione per il Visual Merchandising e hai maturato pregressa esperienza di almeno 8 anni in aziende settore Retail/Duty Free/GDO
  • sei una persona dinamica, creativa e con doti di problem solving
  • sai lavorare in team e sai rapportarti con le diverse funzioni
  • sai trovare delle soluzioni estetiche appaganti e funzionali
  • sei disposto ad effettuare trasferte sul territorio del centro - nord Italia (si richiede preferibilmente domicilio a Milano)

Preferibile Laurea Triennale in:

  • Economia e Marketing
  • Marketing e Comunicazione
  • Design
  • Lauree affini

Orario di lavoro: full time con straordinari forfettizzati
Tipologia di contratto: assunzione diretta con benefit auto aziendale

Retribuzione e tipologia di contratto saranno valutati nel corso del processo di selezione in base alla seniority del candidato.
