Pomellato is part of Kering, a global luxury group, managing the development of a series of renowned houses in the sectors of fashion, leather goods, jewellery and watches.

We are currently looking for a Global C&B Specialist to join our HR team based in Milan and reporting to the Global C&B and HR Cost Control Manager. You will act as a point of reference for the HR Community and the managers to advice and guide.

How you will contribute:

Contribute to the effectiveness of the Compensation Review annual process at Global level: planning, analysis, monitoring, presentations;

Guide and coach HR community and managers to apply our policies, guidelines, processes;

Advise HRBPs in the preparation of candidate’s package offer;

Conduct market surveys and salary benchmarking to ensure competitiveness of the company's compensation framework;

Take part of house and Group projects such as gender pay equity;

Control and design remuneration schemes, both corporate and retail population;

Participate in reviewing, revamping and designing C&B policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and Group requirements. Maintain them up to date and ensure their understanding;

Stay up to date of external trends and internal needs to propose improvement of policies, processes, KPIs and educate stakeholders.

Who you are:

Experienced a C&B role with at least 3 years in an international company with the ability to work across cultures;

A real partner for the business while being good at handling data for performing analysis and recommendation;

Eager to learn and take initiative to speed-up our People Data journey;

Organized and know how to prioritize daily and long-term activities;

Fluent in spoken and written Italian and English;

Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel and Workday is considered a plus.
