SENIOR HELPDESK EXPERT

As part of our international HTI Helpdesk team, you will make a significant contribution in providing smooth and professional IT assistance to our users as first-level support , managing the client hardware inventory and the installed software packages , documenting and delivering them to our users. Thanks to your many years of experience, you will also help to modernize and automatize our processes and improve our methodology .

You have experience in the areas of Active Directory, Office 365 and Teams, Windows OS Client, Android and iOS as well as Windows print server . Also, you have very good English skills.
