Muffin è alla ricerca di un Technical Product Manager da inserire nel team Product & Engineering.

Muffin, Start-Up Fintech, è il primo one-stop shop Europeo della Finanza Agevolata, una piattaforma che, grazie alla sua tecnologia innovativa, supporterà le SMEs ed il network di professionisti del settore dallo scouting e la gestione delle opportunità tramite tool digitali, fino all’ottenimento della liquidità necessaria al completamento dei progetti.
Stiamo cercando un profilo che si unisca al nostro team in rapida crescita e abbia un impatto immediato costruendo strumenti e prodotti interni che supportano la nostra attività mentre continuiamo a crescere a un ritmo rapido. In questo ruolo, guiderai un team  di ingegneri e designer mentre lavorerai in modo interfunzionale con esperti di marketing e clienti per definire, costruire e lanciare iniziative mission-critical. Abbiamo bisogno di qualcuno che guidi il team mentre sviluppa funzionalità altamente sofisticate, collabora per prendere decisioni impegnative, dà la priorità alle cose giuste, risolve i problemi in modo creativo e garantisce la spedizione di prodotti di qualità elevata.
Responsabilità
  • Gestire lo sviluppo di prodotti software coordinando la strategia, la pianificazione e l'esecuzione delle attività.
  • Definire lo scope dello sviluppo di nuove feature, migliorando quelle esistenti e gestendo il backlog.
  • Coordinare le attività di un team agile di sviluppo software, gestire il backlog, triage e prioritizzazione delle attività in accordo cross-funzionale con Business, UX e SW Engineering.
  • Contribuire alla definizione e aggiornamento della Product Roadmap.
  • Scrivere e prioritizzare le Users Stories  e definire i criteri di accettazione.
  • Tradurre la strategia di prodotto e le necessità dei clienti in un insieme di attività di progettazione, sviluppo e documentazione.
  • Aiutare attivamente il team di SW engineering per assicurarsi che possano lavorare senza ostacoli  e al massimo della loro produttività.
  • Tenere traccia dei progressi, valutare i rischi, coordinare la delivery e comunicare attivamente le pianificazioni.
  • Lavorare a stretto contatto con i team QA e Engineering per individuare possibili bugs prima dei nostri clienti.
  • Assicurarsi che il prodotto sia progettato per collezionare i dati necessari per misurare performance e impatto di ogni funzionalità.
  • Essere consapevole del mercato rimanendo aggiornato sulle esigenze dei clienti e sulle tendenze del mercato, collaborando a stretto contatto con i teams interessati.
  • Fornire competenze e informazioni per supportare le azioni di pre-sales e di assistenza clienti.
  • Collaborare con team interfunzionali e comunicare in modo efficace con i partner.

Requisiti

  • Almeno 4 anni di esperienza di product management idealmente con prodotti SaaS B2B.
  • Esperienza nella gestione di prodotti complessi utilizzando processi e principi Agile/Scrum.
  • Esperienza nella gestione della Roadmap di prodotto, lavorando a stretto contatto con molteplici funzioni come Sviluppo, Design, UX e Prodotto.
  • Esperienza di prodotto in ambiti tecnici, come la creazione di piattaforme, l'integrazione dei dati e la modellazione dei dati.
  • Essere molto organizzato e orientato ai dettagli. Una buona parte del lavoro è documentare chiaramente cosa deve essere fatto e le informazioni di contesto necessarie per una efficace comprensione.
  • Essere a proprio agio in un’organizzazione in forte accelerazione, lavorando in modo cross funzionale e ispirando gli altri a fare un ottimo lavoro.
  • Avere curiosità e passione per scoprire e soddisfare le esigenze dei Clienti in ambito FinTech.
  • Capacità di lavorare con problemi complessi, a volte con informazioni incomplete, e di creare solidi piani d'azione.
  • Esperienza nell'utilizzo dei dati per prendere decisioni con una varietà di strumenti e metodologie per raccogliere e sintetizzare le informazioni.
  • Capacità di costruire wireframe e mockup, con un'attitudine a mantenere le cose semplici.
  • Capacità di costruire solide relazioni con diversi stakeholders.
  • Capacità di comunicazione efficace, problem solving e interpersonali. Umile, collaborativo, team player.
