ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
BAT has currently an exciting new opportunity for a Global Graduate Programme candidates in the Finance Department to be based in our Rome office

As a Finance Global Graduate, you’ll have the opportunity to rotate around different finance streams and will be active in the growth of the following areas:

Commercial Finance:Analysis and tracking of Marketing Budgets;Spending Effectiveness Analysis;Supporting in Marketing Budget Allocation Process;Multicategory Pricing & Excise Initiatives;Competitive landscape analysis and benchmarking. Corporate Finance:P&L variance analysis;Supporting in Overheads allocation Process;Cashflow analysis.

Essential Experience, Skills, and Knowledge to make a real difference:

are looking for an international career in Finance graduated in 2023 or 2024 with at least a Bachelor degree or a Merit Masters; preferably in Economics, Finance, Management or similar are driven, ambitious and proactive are an inspiring and engaging individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels possess strong intercultural competencies from international experience or personal background manage to combine an analytical mindset and a creative problem-solving approach Excellent in MS Excel are internationally mobile speak English fluently
