We are looking for

A degree in finance, economics, business administration or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in fund dealing, fund operations, fund administration or a similar role for alternative funds. More experience will be positively valued. A good knowledge of the fund industry, fund structures, regulations and market practices in alternative investments. A strong attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency. A proactive, problem-solving and client-oriented attitude. A fluent level of English and Italian, both written and spoken. Fluent Spanish will be positively valued.

Your role in the team

Allfunds has launched a Allfunds Alternative Solutions, a new division, to boost the distribution of Alternative investments.

Allfunds Alternative Solutions is creating a new team that will centralize all the activity related to this asset class.

Reporting to Alternative Solutions Operations Manager in Madrid and to Fund Groups Italy in Milan, Allfunds is looking for an Alternative Funds Specialist.

You will be responsible for:

*Day to Day Operations:
*Processing fund orders from clients and ensuring their timely and accurate execution.
*Liaising with fund houses, distributors, custodians and other counterparties to resolve any issues or queries related to fund dealing.
*Monitoring fund prices, market movements, corporate actions and other relevant information.
*Maintaining and updating fund data and documentation in the internal systems and platforms.
*Providing support and guidance to clients on the use of Allfunds’ dealing services and tools.
*Collaborating with other teams within Allfunds to ensure a high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
*Act as a link between Client Services in Italy and Allfunds Alternative Solutions division to understand clients’ needs for Alternative Investments.
*Participate in the design of new IT developments for Alternative Investments.
