The role – what is it we would like you to do?
Currie & Brown is currently looking for a senior project manager for our Milan office. The successful candidate will support project leaders in generating a high standard of service delivery, achieving successful outcomes for our clients, capturing and sharing knowledge across projects, enhancing our culture of innovation and reinforcing our reputation as preferred service provider.
Responsibilities for the successful candidate(s) will include:
Working closely with QS and Commercial resources (where appointed / allocated separately) Establishing pre and post Construction project specific management systems Identifying key issues / potential problems / risks and making recommendations to clients Managing multiple disparate stakeholders / interested parties Producing periodic reports, to suit client and internal needs Liaising day to day with consultants, contractors, suppliers and specialists Coordinating sub-contractors and suppliers directly appointed by clients Organising project quality control processes, snagging and defects rectification Organising and managing migration activities, including move management Managing project close outQualifications
Project Manager, or Technical Architect, with proven experience of managing complex projects Has worked in consultancy, and preferably also for a contractor Experience in Hospitality and Leisure projects Post Graduate qualification in Project Management preferable High level of skill in Excel and MS Project Experience of a range of project types Experience of working within projects within a range of sectors of varying value Some previous responsibility for projects with an all-in budget of 15€ million Experience of site management preferable, but not essential High level in spoken and written EnglishPerson specification

Lavorare a stretto contatto con le risorse QS e commerciali (ove necessario) Creazione di sistemi di gestione specifici per i progetti pre e post costruzione Identificare le problematiche chiave / potenziali/ rischi e consigliare il cliente Gestire differenti stakeholder Produzione di rapporti periodici, per soddisfare le esigenze interne e del cliente Rapporti quotidiani con consulenti, appaltatori, fornitori e specialisti Coordinamento di subappaltatori e fornitori nominati direttamente dai clienti Organizzare i processi di controllo qualità del progetto Organizzazione e gestione delle attività di migrazione Chiudere il progettoQualifiche
Project Manager / Architetto Tecnico / Ingegnere con comprovata esperienza nella gestione di progetti complessi Esperienza in consulenza Esperienza in progetti di ospitalità e tempo libero Preferibile la qualifica post laurea in Project Management Elevato livello di competenza in Excel e MS Project Esperienza di una serie di tipi di progetti Esperienza di lavoro all'interno di progetti in una serie di settori di diverso valore Esperienza in progetti con un budget complessivo di 15 milioni di euro Esperienza di gestione del sito preferibile, ma non essenziale Alto livello di inglese parlato e scrittoSpecifiche della persona
