Nella nostra agenzia di consulenza per il reclutamento e formazione lavoriamo con diverse aziende dei settori Luxury, Premium e High Premium in tutta Europa e abbiamo uffici a Barcellona, Madrid, Parigi, Milano e Monaco.
Responsabilità del/lla Client Advisor:
- Offrire un servizio personalizzato e di alta qualità ai clienti, fornendo loro un'esperienza di acquisto unica e memorabile
- Dimostrare un'ottima conoscenza del prodotto durante la cerimonia di vendita
- Costruire e mantenere relazioni solide e durature con i clienti, instaurando fiducia e fedeltà al brand
- Assicurarsi che ogni interazione con i clienti rifletta i valori e lo standard del brand, garantendo un'esperienza di alta qualità
- Mantenere un clima di supporto e collaborazione con il resto del team, promuovendo un ambiente di lavoro positivo
Requisiti del/lla Client Advisor:
- Esperienza pregressa nella vendita assistita, in un brand di lusso
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e cinese
- Conoscenza e comprensione dei principali KPIs
- Eccellente orientamento al servizio, capacità di creare un'ottima relazione con il cliente e di comprenderne i bisogni e aspettative
- Passione per il prodotto
- Spirito di squadra
- Approccio proattivo
- Flessibilità e capacità di adattamento
Cosa Offre L'azienda:
