JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Reporting to the head of omnichannel, the candidate will play a crucial role in accelerating drive to store opportunities increasing qualified traffic both online and in-store.

 

She/he will be the main point of contact for Marketing director and marketing channels for all the initiatives with the aim to increase customer/patient acquisition opportunities and drive qualified traffic in store.

 

She/he will act in a wider and global scope, overseeing our main retail banners, both optical and Sun.

 

The candidate has strong business acumen and analytical skills to catch the opportunities and present them to the senior leaders with concrete action plans and projects with positive ROI and impact on the business.

 

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Maximize omnichannel traffic opportunities within EssilorLuxottica's D2C channels (brick-and-mortar, e-commerce, and pure-play e-commerce).

 

Design and lead the Omni traffic strategy to generate and retain qualified traffic for EssilorLuxottica retail brands.

 

Oversee the execution by measuring the impact of all activities and support the local business and marketing teams in reaching their target and improve the maturity level in the adoption.

 

Drive incremental sales for both brick-and-mortar (B&M) and online channels through digital drive-to-store activities in collaboration with all marketing channels (CRM, Media, Performance Marketing, Calendars Manager).

 

Influence senior executives across functions using quantitative and qualitative data to inform decision-making and share best practices.

 

Collect business and marketing needs and prioritize them in a dedicated roadmap, shared with IT team, and oversee the project execution. Setting the standard in the category with outstanding execution.

 

Proactively propose strategies and customer paths to connect online owned, earned and paid touch points with brick-and-mortar stores by leveraging digital technologies to drive in-store sales while enhancing the omnichannel customer experience with measurable results.

 

Roll out DISS projects across the entire EssilorLuxottica perimeter according to each market's priority

 

Oversee cross-functional team, providing guidance to achieve business results and turn data-driven insights into best practices.

 

Manage a direct report providing coaching and priority in the EMEA scope management.

 

HOW

 

  • Lead the Omnichannel traffic strategy with a e2e approach: from the kpi definition, activation roadmap, action plan roadmap and discussion with main biz and marketing stakeholders
  • Expand the implementation of DISS kpi and measurement format on all EssilorLuxottica banners and work with BI team for the implementation of new O2O reporting
  • Drive strategic omnichannel projects to consolidate and elevate customer experience among retail channels (Onestore Store Locator, Online eye exam, Online commercial booking and Single customer view)
  • Support offline and online retail in understanding potential revenues coming from channel integrations and prepare business case to bring project to execution
  • Oversee and coordinate the omnichannel TRAFFIC roadmap: collecting biz need from local and central leadership team, discussing with IT team for the right prioritization and oversee the project execution
  • Coordinate functional teams on joint business requirements to meet stakeholders’ timing and expectations, create the psd and share performances after the golive.

CANDIDATE PROFILE - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE

  • University Degree in Economics or Marketing background
  • 8-10 years of experience in a similar role within the e-business or marketing department of a Medium/Large Company or experience coming from a Consulting Company
  • ability to encourage and empower internal team to achieve and exceed expectations
  • Good knowledge of marketing and e-commerce
  • Proven experience in business analytics in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurship mindset, ability to think big while focus on action
  • Tenacity and persistence, proactive approach, open mind, team player
  • Effective communication and relationship building with internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluency in English
