THE ROLE
NGGH++ is looking for a Personal Assistant Intern for the SVP Marketing and the SVP Reebok. You will provide administrative and organizational support and act as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders
WHAT YOU'LL DO Support in managing the agendas of the SVP Marketing and SVP Reebok Organize meetings and manage the logistics for meetings including organizing agendas, booking meeting rooms, sending out calendar invites, preparing written materials, Support in arranging international and national travel arrangements including but not limited to, hotel and flight reservations, pick-ups, meeting itineraries Create powerpoint presentations Prepare expense reports Create recap files and reports General secretarial activities where required WHO YOU ARE Previous experience in a similar role is a plus Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office, in particular Powerpoint and excel Highly organized multitasker who works well under pressure Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail Flexible with excellent communication skills Fluent in English and Italian, written and spoken; this will be tested in the interview process REWARDS & BENEFITS Lunch tickets Discounts on all NGG brands and partners including Farfetch and Browns Be part of a young, dynamic and innovative company with over 40 different nationalities Brand new headquarters located in the centre of Milan EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES STATEMENT New Guards Group is committed to being an inclusive workplace where diversity in all its forms is celebrated.
