Your expertise will be essential in supporting our Business Unit S&OP process and achieving our commercial goals

Core Responsibilities

  • Leverage statistical forecasts to develop a weekly demand plan for a major portion of the BU’s revenue, covering a rolling 9-month horizon.

  • Manage forecasts for Sell In at SKU level and Consumer Sales at franchise/brand level, ensuring alignment with marketing, product launches, and promotions.

  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to assess the impact of commercial investments and support Brand Managers in aligning franchise/brand plans with BU objectives.

  • Set and manage forecast exception parameters, addressing discrepancies promptly as part of your daily routine.

  • Ensure effective management of product life cycles by accurately reflecting launch plans and stock levels in demand planning tools.

  • Actively contribute to the BU S&OP processes, including gap analysis and business case preparation.

  • Serve as the main liaison for the BU in communicating with the Market Group demand planning team and managing tool backlog requests.

Play your part in our team succeeding

Your forecasting accuracy will be crucial in evaluating volume and value (revenue and profit), enabling senior management to identify and address gaps, and improving In Stock Availability while minimizing waste.
