The Hoxton, Rome is our 10th Hoxton and boasts 192 bedrooms to suit any kind of stay. Enjoy a fresh pastry at Cugino, our relaxed café where you can soak up those Italian rays. Or drop into Elio, a restaurant designed to express the flavours, ingredients, energy and joyous hospitality of long and boozy meals with friends on holiday. The Apartment or L’appartamento as we say locally, is our unique meetings & events space concept, consisting of 5 rooms connecting to our communal kitchen area.

The Hoxton is a series of open-house hotels, each in a neighbourhood that we love. Ever since we opened our first hotel in Shoreditch, we’ve never just been about offering a bed for the night. We want to be more than that: proving style doesn’t need to be sacrificed for good value and providing a place where guests can hang out alongside the locals and submerse themselves in the neighbourhood with vibrant, welcoming public spaces.

Descrizione del lavoro
Support the team with the F&B operations. Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves Work with the rest of team in keeping things running smoothly and tidily. Comply with departmental policies / procedures / service standards. Anticipates the needs of our guests with an attentive and intuitive service. Pay attention to dissatisfied guests and respond appropriately to ensure their satisfaction. Assess guests' needs and preferences so that you are able to advise appropriately. Complies with safety and HACCP standards.
