Job summary:  We are looking for a Booking Intern to join our Booking Department at Melià Milano . We are looking for a passionate candidate who has good interpersonal and organizational skills and believes to have a propensity for relationships with customers.

What will I be doing? 

Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements Checking the availability of accommodation on the customers’ desired travel dates Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations Selling and promoting reservation services Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process  Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation

What are we looking for? 

Fluent command of English and Italian, additional language is a plus Ability to work under pressure Organizational and interpersonal skills
