Adecco is hiring for a Cernusco s/N based company an HR GENERALIST

The candidate must have the following requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in HR Generalist role or similar roles
- C1 level of English proficiency
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365

Main responsibilities include:
- Provide a full range of HR support and program implementation activities across businesses and functions
- Act as a consultant in the processes of talent acquisition, change management and workforce planning
- Implement policies of employee engagement and relations strategy
- Consult with managers and other stakeholders on employee relations issues
- Follow established guidelines and interpret policies

What we offer:
- Initial short-term contract with the possibility of continuation
- Salary based on Italian CCNL Commercio confcommercio
- Hybrid 2-3 days per week
