The role...
We are seeking a passionate Waiter / Waitress to join our team.
As part of our Soho House team your role is to make sure that our members have an amazing experience every time. Possessing natural hospitality charm, we will give you a platform to connect, grow, have fun and make an impact.
Welcoming and seating guests, taking guest orders, communicating them effectively to the kitchen and in addition, memorizing the menu and offering recommendations to upsell appetizers, desserts, or drinks.Greet customers and hand out menus.Take meal and beverage orders from customers and place these orders in the kitchen.Make menu recommendations and inform patrons of any specials.Deliver meals and beverages to tables when they have been prepared.Check that customers are satisfied with their meal.Prepare the bill for tables when requested.Cash up bills and ensure that the correct amount has been paid.Administer change to tables if needed.Provide excellent customer service to everyone, anticipating the guests needs.Showing food and beverage knowledge through taking orders and providing advice on ingredients, dietary restrictions and upselling.Manage a busy section whilst adhering to company service and conduct standards.Ensuring the correct set up, handover and breakdown of the restaurant and shift.Requirements
Must have experience in a 5-star hotel or in a fine dining restaurant.Must have a passion for food and beverage and guest satisfaction.You have to be reliable, flexible, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.Fluent in English is mandatory.Only those Waiters / Waitresses who are eligible to work in Italy or have a valid Italian work permit/visa will be considered for the above position.
