Il/La candidato/a, che risponderà alla Direzione Tecnica, sarà inserito/a nell’organizzazione di post-vendita all’interno della struttura di Delivery nel Team dedicato ai Clienti Telco & Media, per lo svolgimento delle seguenti attività:


  • Gestione di progetti nei seguenti ambiti: SECaaS (Security as a Service), DNS, content filtering, parental control, traffic inspection, load balancing, WAF
  • Collaborazione con i team responsabili del design del progetto
  • Collaborazione diretta con i fornitori della soluzione (analisi delle roadmap, gestione delle richieste evolutive, gestione delle escalation)
  • Collaborazione con il marketing nelle fasi di revisione/evoluzione della soluzione
  • Supervisione dei progetti (tempi, costi, qualità)
  • Gestione operativa del rilascio di nuove funzionalità dalla fase di raccolta/stesura di requisiti, pianificazione, monitoraggio delle attività e del relativo rilascio in produzione
  • Coordinamento delle attività tra i diversi gruppi di lavoro coinvolti nelle attività operative (fornitore, cliente, marketing, team operativo...)
  • Organizzazione e gestione di meeting di progetto con referenti della struttura cliente a livello internazionale
  • Formulazione e gestione di reporting di vario livello anche diretti al top management

  • Capacità di gestire differenti stakeholders
  • Orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi, intraprendenza, autonomia e proattività
  • Conoscenze dei principi e degli strumenti di Project Management
  • Capacità di problem solving in progetti complessi
  • Propensione al lavoro in gruppo
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata)
  • Buone conoscenze nel campo del networking e della sicurezza informatica
  • Conoscenza del mondo Telco e dell’architettura tecnologica degli operatori di telecomunicazioni


Costituiscono requisisti preferenziali:


  • Laurea
  • Esperienza pregressa in una realtà di System Integrator
  • Certificazione PMP o Prince2
  • 2/3 anni di esperienze di project management
