RINA is currently recruiting for a Industry Technical Recruiter Manager  to join its office in Rome or Genoa, Italy  within the Industry Technical Recruitment Division.

Mission

As Technical Recruitment Manager you will manage the Industrial Technical Recruiters Team and be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, ensuring the acquisition of high caliber talent to support the growth and success of our organization.
You will work closely with hiring managers, HR teams and external partners to develop effective recruiting strategies, attract qualified candidates and move the hiring process forward.

Key Accountabilities

Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for technical positions to attract top-tier talent Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs, identify skill requirements, and create job descriptions that effectively communicate the expectations of each role Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify and engage with potential candidates Conduct thorough candidate screening and assessment processes to ensure the technical qualifications and cultural fit of applicants Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions in collaboration with hiring managers and HR teams Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by proactively sourcing and engaging with passive candidates Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and technical communities to expand the candidate pool Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment, ensuring the company remains competitive in attracting and hiring top technical talent Provide guidance and support to hiring managers and interviewers on effective interviewing techniques and best practices for candidate evaluation Coordinate and participate in career fairs, industry events, and other recruitment activities to enhance the company's employer brand Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline and manage the recruitment process effectively Generate recruitment reports and analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for process improvement.

Education

Master’s Degree in Economics or Psychology

Qualifications

- 5-7 years of recruitment experience with engineering, consulting or professional services field strongly preferred

- Ability to strategically craft a compelling employee value proposition tailored to specific candidates

- Competent in situational agility such that adjusts approach based on the situation and learns from experiences to pivot accordingly in a dynamic environment

- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization and with people of varying backgrounds

- Proven ability to work in a supportive, collaborative, and inclusive team environment

- Strong knowledge of all relevant HR laws and regulatory requirements

- Ability to maintain confidentiality
