Join us as a Senior Graphic Designer

What you will be doing
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to create and oversee digital and print creative solutions to address our brand and marketing needs. Joining our brand team, the Senior Graphic Designer will create concepts and bring innovative creative design solutions to life that adhere to marketing strategies and business goals across all channels (ATL, BTL, and digital). 

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Work along the creative team to think and develop creative concepts and bring them to life from a visual design point of view for OOH, print, video and DIGITAL campaigns ensuring a consistent brand experience and communication across all channels;
  • Create digital assets for multimedia and graphics projects, including advertising, animation, emails, social media, and interactive display;
  • Create digital assets (static and animated gifs) for a range of platforms (social, display advertising, etc.);
  • Oversee all design projects, from conception to production and delivery;
  • Potentially review junior designers’ work to ensure high quality and being able to teach them;
  • Apply typography techniques;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools.

You have:

  • 8+ years’ of professional graphic designer experience with a solid portfolio of work;
  • Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer, Art Director or similar role;
  • Portfolio of completed design projects;
  • Hands-on experience with image editing and design software (Abobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign);
  • Motion graphics and animations skills;
  • Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts;
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics;
  • Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team also in remote;
  • Ability to take direction and shift gears quickly;
  • Ability to digest and interpret data, identify trends, and gather insights;
  • Proficiency in Italian and excellent English.

Logistic & Salary
The role is based in Milan with a hybrid work policy.
