Mission

Support to the Global Planning Facility & Energy Efficiency Management team in reporting and cost monitoring activities

We offer a fixed term contract (maternity leave).

Key Accountabilities

Support the Global Planning Facility & Energy Efficiency Management team in the planning and monitoring activities of Property & Facility projects; Support in the preparation of the budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning and implementation of Property&Facility and Energy costs; Monitor and analyze energy costs; Monitor performance indicators of the group and analyze causes of unexpected; Manage parallel priorities and projects, ensuring high quality and on-time deliverables; Collaborate with other group functions, such as Property&Facility, Management Control, Business functions, HSE and ESG teams, to perform objectives

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics

Qualifications

Excellent knowledge of the Office package, with particular reference to the Excel application; Ability to work in a team and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent organizational and management skills; Attention to detail and precision; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Enthusiasm, curiosity and ability to collaborate; Proactivity, energy and strong results orientation.
