Manager Up - Cluster Sport Results Manager - Consulting We are seeking a Manager to join the team Operation Excellence Consumer & Other Industries at Deloitte Consulting in Milan, working in a Hybrid mode. The Operation Excellence Consumer & Other Industries business supports our clients in identifying solutions and models aimed at improving productivity, efficiency, and the quality of services offered, including with the support of new technologies. You will be involved in supporting the CEO and Top Management of the company in improving profitability and achieving operational excellence in the business model. Your Role The Manager will play a strategic role: leading a team, sharing their expertise and approach, they will be responsible for client relationships, fostering business development and handling: Responsible for the planning and readiness of the Results Services liaising with MiCo Technology, Timing and Scoring provider, Deloitte service managers, and other MiCo26 Functional Areas (FAs) and for the implementation and delivery of all Results Services at the Venues. Primary point of contact for the IOC and the International Federations regarding Results for the MiCo26 Games and liaise with the MiCo26 Functional Areas in order to coordinate activities related to results. Collaborate in the Olympic Data Feed defitinition and validation and consolidate the venue and facilities results requirements (venue and internal layouts, spaces, power, network, furniture and equipment, cabling, etc) and submit them to Venue Technology or respective FAs. Work with Deloitte service managers and sport results managers to identify the gap between the Test events (scope, format, etc) and the Games and report the impact to MiCo26 (entries process, any Games services and reporting removed from scope, etc) Winning Requirements Previous proven career track in results management at Olympic Games, other multi-sports events (Pan-American, Commonwealth, Asian Games), World Championships or World Cups and ORIS, PRIS and ODF process knowledge is an assent Experience in management of clients, processes and people and Project management, risk management and reporting skills Understanding of software applications and integration Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Smartsheet and Jira is an asset. Fluent in English (Oral and written), Italian and French speaking is an asset.
