Organization Overview  

The lead candidate will be part of a larger co-promotion marketing team whose aim is to raise awareness of products and new indications. Currently team operating in multi therapeutics areas: Diabetes- Cardio Vascular- Nephrology and the candidate will be involved in cross functional team, operating in Marketing; RA; E&C and Medical Affairs.

Responsibilities

The Marketing Operations will focus on managing and reviewing marketing programs and activities, within different therapeutic areas and multiple therapeutic indications, comply regulations and standards.

He/she will work in a cross-functional team and will have to coordinate with colleagues to review and implement marketing activities.

Coordinate the Cross-Functional Brand Team (Marketing, Sales Force, Regulatory, Ethics & Compliance, Medical, etc.) in order to guarantee the appropriate support to the activities and initiatives according with co-promotion contract Review documentation Validate the compliance of the activities Coordinate with the congress office

Basic Requirements

Degree level either life science, CTF or business qualification. PHD is a plus; Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including English — written and verbal at full professional proficiency level); Excellent knowledge of office package; Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office suite (Mainly Excel and PowerPoint)

Additional Skills/Preferences:

Previous experience will be a plus in the hiring process; Good analytical skills Project management skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to quickly learn and navigate several internal processes and content management systems. Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
