L’azienda leader nel settore del noleggio a lungo termine è alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire in stage nella Direzione Commerciale nel ruolo di Sales Planning & Reporting Intern.

SCOPO DELLA POSIZIONE:

La ricerca è rivolta a giovani desiderosi di inserirsi in un contesto multinazionale e strutturato, per un’esperienza formativa finalizzata all’acquisizione e allo sviluppo di competenze in ambito Sales Planning & Reporting.

Il ruolo ha l’obiettivo di elaborare le performance dei KPI Commerciali e predisporre una reportistica ed identificare eventuali gap e deviazioni rispetto al piano.

La risorsa supporterà nelle seguenti principali attività:

  • Supportare la preparazione della reportistica commerciale: Commerce KPI (riassunto delle performance commerciali mensili e confronto tra risultato conseguito e risultato atteso), Local MBR (mondo commerce), report di flotta con le scadenze, report sul retention rate;
  • Supportare nella predisposizione e distribuzione dei KPI di reparto;
  • Contribuire all’esecuzione dei progetti a supporto dello sviluppo della direzione, identificando e realizzando soluzioni che non prevedono investimenti in tecnologia, ma l’utilizzo di strumenti a disposizione dell’utente.

CONOSCENZE – CAPACITA’ - ATTITUDINI:

  • Laurea specialistica in economia, preferibilmente indirizzo controllo di gestione, in alternativa laurea in ingegneria gestionale;
  • Conoscenza dei metodi e delle tecniche di pianificazione e controllo;
  • Capacità di analisi e di elaborazione dati;
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel e Power Point a livello avanzato.

Completano il profilo: pensiero critico, capacità analitiche e capacità di problem solving.

Tipologia di inserimento: Stage Extracurriculare di 6 mesi

Facilitazioni previste: rimborso spese 800 euro + 8 euro ticket restaurant
