SCOPO DEL LAVORO:
Siamo alla ricerca di persone motivate, con uno sguardo orientato al cliente, che desiderano unirsi al nostro team come Responsabile del turno di manutenzione. L' obiettivo del ruolo è quello di assicurare il rispetto delle normative e delle politiche di sicurezza al fine di garantire che la manutenzione preventiva sia condotta in maniera puntuale secondo standard elevati; garantire elevati livelli di disponibilità delle attrezzature attraverso un miglioramento continuo, monitorando e coordinando il lavoro di un team tecnico.

Turni di lavoro: questo ruolo si basa su turni che possono includere notti e fine settimana.

RESPONSABILITÀ:
•Essere da esempio nel rispettare i più elevati standard di sicurezza e far sì che vengano rispettati anche dai membri del proprio team;
•Lavorare in maniera pratica e dimostrare alti livelli di conoscenza su tutte attrezzature per la movimentazione dei materiali (MHE: Material Handling Equipment) presenti nel sito;
•Formare e guidare il team tecnico durante il turno di lavoro;
•Essere di supporto al(la) proprio/a responsabile e supervisionare il turno in sua assenza;
•Far sì che le apparecchiature siano disponibili per i clienti interni attraverso la risoluzione dei problemi e la definizione delle priorità;
•Sostenere il miglioramento continuo dei sistemi a favore della standardizzazione in tutta la rete europea;
•Sviluppare e mantenere un buon rapporto di lavoro a tutti i livelli dell'organizzazione;
•Comprensione delle metriche OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) e delle prestazioni delle apparecchiature;
•Gestione dei fornitori

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

QUALIFICHE DI BASE
•Competenza in discipline elettriche e meccaniche con esperienza rilevante nell'automazione o in ambienti MHE complessi;
•Solida conoscenza di base dei sistemi di controllo basati su PLC;
•Esperienza nell'utilizzo di CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) per pianificare la manutenzione proattiva e registrare le attività reattive;
•Conoscenza degli standard aziendali (Conformità Normativa);

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

QUALIFICHE PREFERENZIALI
•Comprovata capacità di supervisionare e influenzare il team;
•Comprovata capacità di multi-task e di assegnare priorità a molti progetti e carichi di lavoro diversi;
•Esperienza di gestione di fornitori e ditte appaltate.
